Key Points:
1. Basic Eligibility:

• Visa eligibility: Ensure you meet all visa requirements outlined by Home Affairs for this visa.
• Skills assessment: Obtain a valid skills assessment in an occupation listed on the eligible skilled occupation list for this visa.
• Residency: Reside either in NSW and continuously live in the state for a minimum period of six months, or be offshore and have continuously resided offshore for at least six months.

2. NSW Target Sectors:
• Prioritization: NSW prioritizes Expressions of Interest (EOIs) in occupations within key industry sectors during invitation rounds.
