Lorita obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Western Sydney University and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales as a solicitor. Previously, she has obtained a Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Arts, and Postgraduate Diploma qualifications.

Lorita came to Australia as an independent skilled migrant in 2012 and therefore has a personal understanding of how complex emigrating to Australia can be.
