Toni Dignon

Toni Dignon is the Practice Manager at Sellanes Farasat Immigration and has been a core member of the firm for over seventeen years. Her depth of experience, operational leadership, and people-focused approach make her a central pillar of the practice.

With more than two decades of experience in business development and account management across the private and public sectors, Toni brings strong commercial insight and a deep understanding of the firm’s diverse client base. She is widely recognised for building trusted, long-term relationships with both corporate and individual clients.

As Practice Manager, Toni oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, working closely with Partners and advisers to ensure efficient systems, consistent service standards, and a high-quality client experience. Holding a Master’s degree in International Law, she is proactive, solutions-focused, and continually seeks ways to enhance service delivery and internal processes.
