Migration Institute Australia has released Notice 11-22 August 2025 with the below information
Migration health examinations in Kalgoorlie – Boulder
BUPA’s contract with the current clinic providing migration health examinations in Kalgoorlie-Boulder has ended and will not be renewed.
Following MIA enquiries, the Department has confirmed that a new partner clinic, Plaza Medical Kalgoorlie, is expected to begin providing migration health examination services from 27 August 2025. BUPA’s Medical Visa Services website will be updated shortly, and appointments will become available soon.
The Department has also advised that BUPA operates a mix of permanent and temporary clinics. In regional locations, the clinics are often temporary due to fluctuating demand or limited interest from subcontractors in long-term agreements. When a clinic closes, time is needed to identify, negotiate with, and train a replacement provider. The Department have assured the MIA that they work together with BUPA to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
