- Subclass 190 ROIs from all eligible candidates will resume acceptance when the 2024-25 program begins in July 2024.
- No restrictions on ROIs for subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional visa nomination.
- Candidates with existing ROIs allocated a Green Pass will be invited to apply for nomination, but issuance may be delayed until the next program year.
ROIs for subclass 491 can be updated by withdrawing and resubmitting, without affecting processing time.
