Wisam Maani

Intern

Wisam Maani is an Intern at Sellanes Farasat Immigration, providing research, administrative, and case support to the firm’s advisers and Paralegal team.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney and is currently completing the Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice. In his role, Wisam assists with legal research, file preparation, and the organisation of materials relating to visa eligibility and sponsorship matters, working under the supervision of registered migration professionals.

Having arrived in Australia as a refugee from Iraq in 2017 and later becoming an Australian citizen, Wisam brings a strong sense of empathy and cultural awareness to his work. Fluent in English and Arabic, he is committed to developing his skills within the migration profession while contributing to the firm’s high standards of professionalism and client care.
