Breakdown of Allocation and Important Updates
The Australian Government has assigned the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) a fixed number of nomination places for the 2023-24 financial year, totalling 1,200. The allocation is distributed as follows:
- ACT Permanent 190 Nomination: 600 places
- ACT Provisional 491 Nomination: 600 places
- Business Innovation and Investment Program (BIIP): 0 places
In addition, the following points are important to note:
- Next Invitation Round: The upcoming invitation round is scheduled to take place before September 29, 2023.
- Program Closure: The Business Innovation and Investment Program (BIIP) will not accept new applications for the 2023-24 program year as the ACT received zero allocation.
